Susan Yoong Sue Wen
LL.B (Hons) Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn), Dip IT Law.
Susan was admitted to practice as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1990. She practices mainly in the area of conveyancing and banking. Whilst practising in the partnership of Lai, Yoong & Rita, the firm had represented developers as its sole solicitor in boutique luxury developments in Bukit Tunku and Ampang and as well another residential project. The firm was also on the panel of various financial institutions dealing with security documentation.
Sub-sale and purchases are also a mainstay of her practice and in this area, she is familiar with dealing with a wide-range of properties.
In corporate matters, Susan has advised clients on directors’ and shareholders’ disputes as well as on the preparation Share Sale and Purchase Agreements and Shareholder’s Agreements. She has also prepared mining contracts for clients involving the Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation and other entities.
Ong Chin Siong

Siong was admitted to practice as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1998. He practises mainly in the area of construction and matrimonial disputes. He has acted as counsel in various civil litigation, arbitration and mediation matters. He is also a collaborative practitioner.
As a solicitor, he is engaged in the conveyance of properties, and has advised and assisted clients on numerous construction contracts and projects as well as on matters involving local council.
Lydia Wong Sook Yoong
LL.B (Hons) (Hull), CLP
Lydia was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2018.
Her area of practice is focused on matrimonial and family law matters, both contested and non-contested. She focuses on providing solution-oriented advice and assisting clients in navigating sensitive family disputes with an emphasis on achieving workable outcomes.
In addition to matrimonial and family law, she has experience in general civil litigation as well as probate and administration matters.
Divesh A/L Kirit Mehta
LL.B (Hons) (University of London), CLP
Divesh completed his pupillage and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2022. He currently focuses on dispute resolution, particularly civil, commercial and construction disputes.
Nurul Hanan Binti Suid
LL.B (Hons) (Universiti Teknology MARA)
Hanan completed her pupillage in 2022 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2023.
Hanan’s area of practice is centred on civil litigation and dispute resolution, with particular exposure to construction disputes. She has been involved in various litigation and arbitration matters, including disputes arising from construction projects, contractual relationships, debt recovery, bankruptcy proceedings, and company winding-up proceedings.
Throughout her practice, Hanan has assisted in advising and representing clients across various stages of dispute resolution, including pre-action advice and strategy, settlement negotiations, court proceedings and arbitration.
Karpagarasee
LL.B (Hons) (Liverpool), CLP
Karpagarasee completed her pupillage in 2021 under the guidance of Ong Chin Siong, where she assisted in a wide range of litigation matters, particularly in construction and family disputes. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025.
She currently focuses on conveyancing and other non-contentious matters, including the drafting of Wills, Probate and estate administration matters, and Trust Deeds.
